Religious Leaders' Caucus

The Religious Leaders' Caucus is composed of leaders from over 12 faith communities in Sonoma County, including those from Quaker, Unitarian-Universalist, Jewish, Buddhist, Muslim, Roman Catholic, and Protestant Christian traditions.

Drawing upon NBOP’s history of faith-based organizing, the purpose of the Caucus is to support the mission of NBOP by building power within and among faith communities, developing and empowering new leadership, and offering a collective moral voice in support of NBOP’s initiatives of justice, inclusion, and social transformation.

The Caucus meets monthly to build relationships and organize for action, and Caucus members are available to support NBOP staff and leaders by organizing workshops and vigils, coaching small groups, and showing up in support of community actions.
